NOTE: To remove yourself as SP of a firm, sign into your individual license account, click on "SP Locker", then click "Deactivate" in the appropriate line for the firm you are dissociating from. The firm will be notified by their registered email address that you removed yourself as their SP. |

Change of Supervising Professional (SP) and Rule 2305 SP Online Attestation Forms
Sign into your firm account to add SP's. When SP's are added, the SP will receive a secure email link to complete and submit an online Rule 2305 attestation form. This is required for the firm license to stay in compliance. NOTE: To remove a SP of a firm, sign into your firm license account, click on "SP Locker", then click "Deactivate" in the appropriate line for the SP you are dissociating from. If you have only one SP for your firm, you will first need to add a new SP before removing the old one. |
