If your last application submitted is more than 3 years old, NOT USE THIS FORM, you must submit a complete new application.
This reschedule form is intended for NON student applicants for the FE and/or FS exams and applicants rescheduling for the PE and/or PS exams.

This form and your examination reschedule fee ($20 for the FE – non student or LSI non student exams; $50 for PE, SE or PLS exams) must be received by LAPELS by the reschedule deadline for the examination administration you are applying for.
DO not register with NCEES. You must reschedule with the Louisiana Board and receive Board approval in order to be considered for the exam administration.

RULE §1315 IN SUMMARY:
3rd examination failure: sit out two exam cycles, then reapply (submit application or reschedule form, pay application fee).
4th examination failure: Submit complete new application and pay application fee.
5th or more examination failure: sit out two exam cycles, interview with a committee of the Board, successfully complete a board-approved review course then reapply (submit complete new application,
pay application fee).
Beginning with the October 2010 exam administration: After an individual has failed an examination in any and all jurisdictions for the tenth time,
he/she is no longer eligible to retake the examination.
