  • Beginning July 2009, the board requires that all applicants with a foreign (non-US) non-ABET degree must obtain a credential evaluation by an approved evaluation service. The evaluation and your application must be received by the application deadline.

    You can now upload completed applications including experience record directly into our system. This will get you into our system faster; however, you are still required to send in your notarized application with the supporting documentation.

    Follow these steps for uploading:

    1. When you have completed filling out the form(s)/application(s), save them to your Desktop.
    2. In the File Upload area below, click "Browse," then navigate to your Desktop where you saved your document(s).
    3. Click on the document in the pop-up window and then click "OK".
    4. Click "Upload" to send your document to us.
    5. Repeat steps 1-4 for additional documents.
    6. ***At this time, CPD documents will not be accepted via this upload function. Please continue mailing them to LAPELS.***
